We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Kiln Operator to manage and oversee the carbonization and activation processes in our coconut shell activated carbon production unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth kiln operations, maintain quality standards, and optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor kilns for activation of coconut shell charcoal.

Ensure proper temperature control and maintain process parameters.

Monitor material loading and unloading, ensuring consistent production flow.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of kilns and associated equipment.

Record operational data, production output, and quality parameters.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.

Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Proven experience in kiln operations, preferably in activated carbon, charcoal, or related industries.

Strong understanding of thermal processes, temperature control, and safety procedures.

Ability to work in shifts and in a physically demanding environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Good teamwork and communication skills.
